Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £40. This will be automatically applied at checkout.

Missed Deliveries

If you're unavailable to receive your delivery, Royal Mail may attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection. Please follow the guidance provided on the "Something for you" card left by the courier.

Lost or Damaged Items

• Evidence: We may require photo evidence of damaged items to process a replacement or refund.
